These Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between you and Jollie Labs LLC regarding your use of our webstore. Any changes must be by mutual consent by written message. 

We are in charge of delivering value to you, according to your own estimation. If you do not feel that adequate value was provided by us, ask for a return label within 90-days and no questions will be asked. Return instructions will be sent with the prepaid label.

Jollie Labs LLC endeavors to maintain that all information on our website is as accurate and complete as possible; however, we make no warranties of 100% accuracy. 

The amount you spent with us is our only liability in the event of a dispute. Please remember that pets can't speak to their human caregivers and so it would be very impractical to try to expect a veterinarian level of special care.  Our functional food product is not a medication.  

All parties agree to use the American Arbitration Association as first method of dispute as follows:  Each side pays half of the arbitration fees in advance and the winner gets their half back from the loser. Arbitration is binding and the laws would be Wyoming. 

 Severability:  If any provision is found unenforceable by any arbitration forum or court of law, the remaining section(s) will be in force. 

Jollie Labs LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this site or from the user's reliance on information provided on this site. 

Users may not use this site for any illegal activities. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jollie Labs LLC (all rights reserved) and protected by trademark and copyright laws. Users may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of this site without prior written consent from Provider. 

These terms may change from time to time. Jollie Labs will not notify the customers when such changes are applied but any such updates only come into effect on future purchases.
