You do not need any reason to get a refund.  We realize that pets are often close enough to the family so that it can be seen if the animal is improving.  If for any reason, after one drop or the entire bottle is used, you want to return it, we pay the freight.  If used to support longevity, that process takes years to materialize.  Nonetheless, 90 days is adequate time to see the animal thriving, or not.  You should be noticing some general improvements in the pet's stamina and energy level.

One 1-oz bottle per household may be returned for a full refund. Please request an R/A number within 90-days of receipt through our messaging or by email to: returns@jollielabs.com.  The prepaid label will be sent to you. 

You can even send an empty bottle back for a refund if its your 2^nd bottle, or your 5th, 7th, etc..  When a pet is suffering, we know that the whole family is suffering and we try to do what we can to improve the situation. 

Included with the product will be a full set of printed use instructions, as well as instructions in the event that a return is requested.  Thanks.
